We fully understand the importance of personal information security and strictly comply with the Google Play Developer Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant international laws and industry standards. We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy, providing you with a safe and transparent gaming experience. This Policy clearly explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you enjoy. Your use of the App shall be deemed as your acceptance of all terms of this Policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Definitions and Scope
This Policy applies to all your activities when using the App, including but not limited to downloading, installing, registering, logging in, using various game functions of the App, and participating in events. It also applies to the entire process of our collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal information.
This Policy does not apply to third-party applications or services. If you are redirected to a third-party application/service via the App (e.g., advertisement links, third-party login, third-party payment), its privacy policy is independently formulated by the third party, and we shall not be liable for any consequences. To provide you with a stable and high-quality gaming experience, we only collect information necessary for realizing game functions in line with the “minimum necessary” principle, and will not collect personal information irrelevant to game functions. When you download, install, launch and use the App, we will automatically collect the following non-personally identifiable information through the App itself and third-party SDKs (e.g., Google Services SDK, analytics SDK, advertising SDK) for game operation, performance optimization, user behavior analysis and advertising delivery:
- Device Information: including but not limited to device model, device ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID), operating system version, processor model, memory size, screen resolution, device manufacturer, device language, time zone, etc., used to adapt game versions, troubleshoot operation errors and optimize game performance.
- Usage Data: including but not limited to game launch time, exit time, usage duration, game level progress, operation records, click behavior, error logs, etc., used to analyze user habits, optimize gameplay, fix bugs and improve user experience.
- Network Information: including but not limited to network type (Wi‑Fi/mobile data), IP address, network status, etc., used to ensure the normal operation of online game functions and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Advertising-Related Information: The App contains advertisements. We will collect your ad browsing and click records, combined with device information, to deliver advertisements more relevant to your interests and for advertising performance statistics. All relevant collection shall comply with Google advertising policies and the privacy rules of third-party advertising SDKs.
When you voluntarily use specific functions of the App, you may need to provide us with the following information. Failure to provide such information will prevent you from using the corresponding functions but will not affect your use of the basic game functions of the App:
- Account-Related Information: If you choose to log in to the App via your Google account, we will obtain your Google account nickname and avatar (only for display in the game profile; we do not collect sensitive information such as account passwords).
- Feedback & Support Information: When you submit questions, suggestions or complaints through the “Feedback” function in the App, you may need to provide contact information (e.g., email address, phone number) and a description of the issue, so that we can communicate with you and resolve problems.
- Custom Information: including nicknames, avatars and game character information you set in the game, used for in-game display and personalized experience.
We do not collect sensitive information irrelevant to this game, including your address book, SMS, call logs, photo album (unless you voluntarily grant permission for in-game custom avatar function, which may be revoked at any time), geographic location (unless required by game functions and authorized by you – delete this item if not applicable), microphone, camera, etc., unless we obtain your explicit consent for specific and legitimate purposes.
All information we collect is used only for the following legitimate purposes and will not be used for any purposes not specified in this Policy:
- Ensuring normal operation of the App: for game installation, launch and networking, adapting to device environments, fixing bugs, resolving operation errors and maintaining stable game functions.
- Optimizing gaming experience: analyzing pain points in gameplay based on your usage data, optimizing UI, level design and operation flow to provide a more tailored experience.
- Advertising delivery and performance statistics: delivering compliant advertisements, counting ad clicks and impressions, optimizing ad targeting, in compliance with Google Play advertising policies.
- User support and feedback handling: receiving your feedback and complaints, communicating with you to resolve issues and improve customer service quality.
- Compliance and security protection: preventing malicious attacks, account theft and other security risks, investigating abusive behavior, ensuring compliance with relevant international laws and protecting your and our legitimate rights and interests.
- Storage Location: Your collected information is stored in Silicon Valley, the United States. Storage servers strictly comply with applicable data protection laws and adopt security measures such as encrypted storage.
- Storage Period: We store your information in line with the principles of “minimum necessity and shortest retention period”, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. When the retention period expires, you cancel your account or uninstall the App (with no associated account bound), we will promptly delete your relevant information or anonymize it (anonymized data cannot identify your identity and may be used for legitimate purposes such as data analysis), unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
We attach great importance to your information security and adopt the following technical and management measures to prevent risks such as information leakage, tampering, loss and abuse:
- Technical Measures: Use encryption technologies (e.g., SSL/TLS encryption) to protect information during transmission and encrypt stored data; regularly conduct server security checks and vulnerability fixes to defend against cyberattacks and virus intrusions; restrict information access rights to authorized personnel only, with access activities logged.

- Third-Party SDK Management: The App uses third-party SDKs (e.g., Google Services SDK, advertising SDK, analytics SDK). 7.1 Google SDK (including Google Login and Google Payment)
- Information obtained: nickname, avatar, third-party authorized unique identifier, login status; in‑App product information, transaction vouchers; network information, device information (for payment anti-fraud).
- Purpose: user login, in‑App purchase and subscription.
7.2 Firebase SDK
- Information obtained: network access status, wireless network information, device model and operating system version, unique device identifiers (Android ID/IDFA/IMEI/IMSI), crash log data, app usage statistics, approximate location information (subject to user authorization).
- Purpose: exception log reporting, app data analysis and statistics, crash tracking, push notifications.
7.3 AdMob SDK
- Information obtained: device brand, model, operating system version, advertising identifier (OAID/AAID/IDFA), network information, IP address, approximate location (subject to user authorization), device serial number (in some versions), app installation list (for anti-fraud only).
- Purpose: advertising delivery cooperation, ad attribution, anti-fraud.
8. Children’s Privacy Protection
This App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are a child under the age of 13 (or you are the guardian of such a child), please carefully read this clause:
- This App is not suitable for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child is using the App, we will immediately delete their relevant information and guide them to stop using the App.

- We shall not be liable for information leakage, tampering or loss caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons), cyberattacks, virus intrusions, equipment failures or other causes beyond our control, but will make every effort to cooperate with relevant authorities in investigation.
- Information security risks caused by your downloading or installing the App from unofficial channels (e.g., pirated versions) shall be borne by you.
- Losses or information leakage caused by your intentional provision of false information or abusive use of the App shall be borne by you.
- We shall not be liable for consequences arising from disclosure of your information in accordance with requirements of applicable laws, judicial or administrative authorities.
